Can we get revenues back into Boehner's plan?

Those of you that are experts in arcane Congressional procedures may want  (OK - will want) to correct me if I'm wrong, but in the off chance that Boehner's bill actually passes, can Reid use some procedural jujitsu to put revenues back on the table?

1) Boehner's bill passes, with all Republican votes.

2) Instead of tabling it, Reid amends the bill by eliminating ALL of the republican language and substituting his plan.  As a previously-passed Republican finance bill, I think that makes it exempt from a filibuster.

3) Reid then holds votes on adding in revenuses by eliminating the loopholes (private jets, oil companies, etc.) or even changing the tax rates for hedge fund managers, highest incomse.

4) Keep adding in the revenues until Monday, and then pass the whole measure.  Stop adding revenues wnen McConnell, Boehner and Canto agree to support the version that exists when they agree to it.

5) Boehner is then forced to either accept the revenues he already agreed to in negotiations with the President, or he and his TeaHeadists are then solely responsible for not raising the debt ceiling.  A presidential speech endorsing the shared sacrifice and pointing out that a "No" vote is a vote for the rich and against everyone else might help.

Hey, if the procedure works, a fellow can dream.
